ANALYSIS OF THE KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF ORGANIZATIONS ASSESSED IN THE NATIONAL STUDENT PERFORMANCE EXAM (ENADE) IN ADMINISTRATION FROM 2012 TO 2022

This article aimed to analyze the knowledge in the field of Organizations assessed in the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE) in Administration from 2012 to 2022. The research was qualitative and quantitative, classified as exploratory, descriptive and documentary. The corpus gathered the four exam booklets applied in 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2022, totaling 140 objective and 20 discursive questions. Data processing used descriptive statistics and content analysis. The results showed that content from the mandatory courses in the field of organizations was present in the exams analyzed, with emphasis on the curricular components of Introduction to Management (60 multiple-choice and 9 essay questions) and People Management (32 multiple-choice and 7 essay questions). In addition to these courses, evidence of content related to Organizational Communication (14 multiple-choice and 3 essay questions), Decision-Making Process (12 multiple-choice and 1 essay question), and General Management Theory (10 multiple-choice and 1 essay question) was also identified. It was concluded that the curricular components in the analyzed field are assessed in a cross-cutting and interdisciplinary manner, reinforcing the relevance of this knowledge to the education of managers.
