Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) has been widely used in regenerative dentistry due to its ability to stimulate the repair and regeneration of oral tissues. This study aimed to analyze the scientific literature on the use of PRF as an adjuvant resource in oral regeneration procedures. This is an integrative literature review conducted in the SciELO, LILACS, and PubMed databases, including studies published between 2019 and 2024. After applying the eligibility criteria, eight articles comprised the final sample. The results demonstrated that PRF promotes the healing of soft and hard tissues, stimulates angiogenesis, accelerates bone neoformation, and improves the stability of dental implants. Furthermore, a reduction in inflammation and postoperative recovery time was observed. It is concluded that PRF is an effective, safe, and biocompatible therapeutic alternative, contributing significantly to the success of regenerative procedures in dentistry.
