Digital transformation has expanded the use of computerized systems in Public Administration, especially in human resource management, making the quality of information an essential factor for the execution of administrative and judicial activities. In this context, the reliability of data recorded in human resource management systems plays a relevant role in the preparation of judicial calculations, which demand precise and consistent information to guarantee legal security and the correctness of the calculated values. This study aims to analyze the influence of the reliability of information from human resource management systems on the preparation of judicial calculations in Public Administration. The research is characterized as applied, descriptive, and with a qualitative-quantitative approach, developed through bibliographic research and field research conducted with professionals working in areas related to people management, accounting, internal control, and legal advice. The data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and qualitative interpretation of the responses obtained. It is expected that the results will contribute to the understanding of the impacts arising from informational inconsistencies and reinforce the importance of information governance for administrative efficiency and the security of judicial procedures.
