Objective: To outline the landscape of violence against women of childbearing age in the state of Roraima from 2020 to 2024. Methods: A time series study that analyzed reported cases of violence and deaths due to violence against women aged 10 to 49 years in Roraima. Data were obtained through the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN) and the Mortality Information System (SIM), both available through the Informatics Department of the Unified Health System (DATASUS). Rates were calculated based on the total number of women residing in the state in the same age group. Results: 4,250 reports of violence against women were registered in Roraima between 2020 and 2024. A predominance of violence was observed among adolescents aged 10 to 14 years, mixed-race women, and cases of physical violence. There was an increase in cases in 2023, as well as high rates of sexual violence among adolescents. Conclusion: Understanding the situation of violence against women can provide the basis for public policies to prevent and combat violence against women, contributing to the protection of victims and the construction of a more just and egalitarian society.
