It has become increasingly evident that ICTs play a unique role in the teaching/learning process. It is obvious that this relationship between ICTs and teaching practice brings with it risks, challenges, and promises of new opportunities that enable the emergence of a more plural, dynamic, contextualized, and interactive educational scenario. E-learning is an indisputable reality, and the Moodle platform has been an indispensable tool for educational reality worldwide through the distance learning modality, providing a series of variations in terms of teaching/learning that have caused transformations in the lives of many people. In educational terms, the Moodle platform, above all, has come to break with outdated paradigms and concepts that contribute little or nothing to educational action and social life, especially regarding cultural, social, economic, and political aspects. What, on the one hand, has been an innovation in the educational field, reinventing educational practice, dynamizing and streamlining teaching practice, on the other hand, is limited when it comes to the acceptance of professionals working in the distance learning modality. E-learning, Moodle platform, education, educational practice.
