This study analyzes the management of textile waste in a lingerie manufacturing microenterprise (TLux), located in the industrial hub of Ferraz de Vasconcelos (SP). Using the Ishikawa Diagram as a quality analysis tool, it is identified that approximately 15% of the raw material becomes waste at the cutting stage, with improper disposal in common trash. A management model based on the circular economy is proposed, with 'zero waste' policies, social partnerships, and measurable ESG goals. The results indicate the potential to divert 500 kg of waste from landfills in six months and train 50 students, contributing to environmental sustainability and local development.
