The present article analyzes the restructuring of school instances in the face of digital culture, focusing on the convergence between administrative management and technological infrastructure. The general objective is to investigate how pedagogical organization adapts to integrate virtual platforms and learning environments equitably. The methodology is characterized as Bibliographic Research, based on the procedural contributions of Araújo (2021) and Barros and Lehfeld (2019) to ensure the necessary scientific rigor. The synthesis of content covers teacher training, curriculum redesign, and the impact of social inequalities on access to digital resources. Authors such as Costa and Santos (2024), Passamani et al. (2024), and Pereira (2022) support the theoretical basis of this investigation on educational modernization. The analytical closing indicates that the effectiveness of innovation depends on attentive pedagogical supervision that transcends the mere acquisition of equipment. The harmonization between technical tools and educational intentionality proves indispensable for the construction of innovative and inclusive curricula.
