Introduction: Dental caries in deciduous teeth remains one of the main oral health problems in childhood, directly impacting the quality of life of children and representing a clinical challenge in Pediatric Dentistry. In this context, the Hall Technique has stood out as a minimally invasive alternative in the treatment of carious lesions, based on the biological sealing of the lesion through the use of prefabricated metal crowns, without the need to remove carious tissue. Objective: This study aims to analyze the application of the Hall Technique in Pediatric Dentistry through a qualitative literature review, structured based on the PICO strategy and conducted according to PRISMA recommendations. Methodology: The search was conducted in the PubMed database, using the descriptors "Hall Technique" and "Pediatric Dentistry", combined by the Boolean operator AND. Articles published between 2020 and 2026 were included, totaling 11 studies after applying the eligibility criteria. The results showed high clinical success rates for the technique, ranging from 87.8% to 98%, as well as good acceptance by children and their caregivers. Superior performance was observed compared to conventional restorative approaches, especially in extensive cavities and in patients with low cooperation. Conclusion: It is concluded that the Hall Technique is an effective, safe alternative aligned with the principles of minimally invasive dentistry, although aspects such as aesthetics, methodological variability, and professional adherence still represent challenges for its widespread adoption.
