Quality of work life (QWL) has become a highly relevant topic in contemporary organizations, especially due to its direct relationship with employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity. This study aimed to analyze the influence of quality of work life on organizational productivity, highlighting the main factors that contribute to employee well-being and company performance. The research is characterized as a literature review, with a qualitative and descriptive approach, carried out through the analysis of scientific articles, books, academic papers, and publications related to the topic. The results showed that healthy organizational environments, adequate working conditions, professional appreciation, recognition, and work-life balance significantly contribute to increasing employees’ motivation, commitment, and productivity. Furthermore, it was found that the absence of practices focused on quality of work life can generate negative impacts, such as stress, demotivation, absenteeism, and Burnout syndrome. It is concluded that QWL represents an important strategic differential for organizations, promoting better organizational results, strengthening the corporate climate, and supporting sustainable business development.
