This article analyzes the pedagogical potential of cordel literature as a strategy for teaching Physics, combining Northeastern cultural tradition with technological innovation. Based on the theories of David Ausubel, Howard Gardner, and Lev Vygotsky, the study discusses how the humor and rhythm of cordel facilitate the understanding of complex concepts, such as Newton's Laws and Thermodynamics. Furthermore, it proposes the use of Artificial Intelligence as a support tool for teachers in creating metric verses, democratizing the use of this language in science teaching throughout Brazil.
