This article aimed to analyze the influence of behavioral factors on the epidemiological profile of Stroke in the Eastern macro-region of Paraná, with emphasis on systemic arterial hypertension, obesity, smoking, and illicit drug use. This is a quantitative, descriptive, and exploratory cross-sectional study based on secondary data analysis from DATASUS, 2019–2024, complemented by data from IBGE, 2025, SISAB, SISVAN, and VIGITEL, 2024. The results showed a higher occurrence of hospitalizations and deaths among individuals aged 60 years or older, as well as a slight predominance of males in hospitalizations. Hypertension was identified as the main risk factor, followed by diabetes mellitus and obesity. Variations among municipalities were observed, as well as a dissociation between prevalence and mortality rates. It is concluded that strengthening preventive actions and risk factor control, along with improving healthcare quality and health information systems, is essential to reduce the impacts of Stroke.
