Polymorphous low-grade neuroepithelial tumor of the young (PLNTY) is a recently recognized, epileptogenic brain tumor, usually affecting children and young adults. We report a case of a 31-year-old woman who presented with four generalized seizures over one month. Brain MRI revealed a non-enhancing cortical lesion in the temporal lobe. She underwent gross total surgical resection of the mass. Histopathological examination showed an infiltrative, oligodendroglioma-like neoplasm that was strongly positive for CD34 and inconclusive for IDH1/2 mutations, consistent with PLNTY. The patient achieved seizure control postoperatively. Awareness of PLNTY is important for diagnosis and management of low-grade, epilepsy-associated tumors.
