This study aims to analyze the main factors that restrict the inclusion of enlisted personnel in the promotion eligibility list within the Military Police of Paraná (PMPR), considering the promotion processes conducted between 2021 and 2025. The research adopts a quantitative approach, organizing the data into absolute and relative frequencies, allowing for the identification of the most recurrent factors and the analysis of observed patterns. The data analyzed were obtained from confidential bulletins issued by the PMPR Enlisted Promotion Commission, accessed through formal request and handled in compliance with the limitations imposed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The analysis considers the distribution of factors over the entire period, by year, and by promotion process, highlighting the main occurrences and examining their variations over time. The results indicate a concentration of restrictions in three main factors, revealing relevant patterns that may support institutional management actions and decision-making.
