This article analyzes the application of the right to disconnect for workers within the Brazilian legal system, considering the advancement of digital technologies and the growing hyperconnectivity in labor relations, examining the current legal limits, regulatory gaps, and Brazilian jurisprudential perspectives, in addition to discussing the importance of specific regulation on the matter in the country, including in light of international experiences. It concludes that the effectiveness of this right requires the construction of an organizational culture that respects working hours, combined with the need for specific regulation that reconciles productivity with the dignity of workers, the protection of mental health, and the guarantee of effective rest.
