Memory stores and retrieves information, by entering information for an initial record, and then maintaining the information so that it can be recalled and retrieved when necessary. Cognitive neuroscience studies define those thoughts influence the forms of learning and are linked to the development of the brain through the stimuli of sensation and perception of the environment, and information is added, resulting in new learning. Its concepts and models aim to study the structure and functioning of the mind, addressing philosophical debate, artificial intelligence, cognitive robotics, up to the creation of computational models for human interaction, interacted with the study of information science. Technologies interact by transmitting new information in different sensory modalities, activating processing, and facilitating long-term memory. Advances in the area of neuroscience in the study of the learning process have achieved a revolution in the educational environment. In learning is the study of how the brain learns, and how neural networks are established. This way, educators can modify their approach to provide more substantial content and information. In preparing this paper, a bibliographical research methodology was adopted on the topic, how neuroscience and technology affect education. This made it possible to identify the challenges associated with the formation of intelligence applied to technology, allowing efficient application of new technologies in the formation of long-term memory, resulting in improved teaching and optimization of cognitive processes, providing a more adaptable, inclusive and efficient education.
