The epidemiological profile of liver diseases in Paraná (2010-2024) is essential for understanding the distribution, frequency, and factors associated with liver diseases. This is a quantitative study analyzing data on hepatitis, malignant liver neoplasm, alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which are highly relevant epidemiologically. A higher prevalence of these diseases is observed in males, possibly associated with social and habitual factors. In this sense, the implementation of public policies and guidelines regarding the development of treatments and prevention targeted at this population is relevant.
