Quality Management in organizations has been increasingly demanded as a competitive differential item. The impacto f absence, quality on products and especially on services provided is the cause of losses in revenues and business growth. The Lean philosophy has brought great benefits to society, as it causes the Search for continuous improvement, the elimination of waste, reduced wait time, make processes optimized and final delivery more agile. Therefore, this study aims to identify flaws in the service process in the reception of visitors to a condominium, which has generated great dissatisfaction to the residentes. Anda t the end, the objective is to propose an action plan with tools used by lean office, in order to ensure a clearer and easier-to-understand view of the liquidator, so that the waste is soon corrected and the condominium achieves the guarantee of quality satisfaction in its services.
