Abstract

This experience report describes the entrepreneurship actions carried out in Serra Negra do Norte-RN, within the 2025 edition of the Trilhas Potiguares Project of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Workshops, mentoring sessions, and educational activities were developed with students, teachers, and community members, addressing topics such as business planning, marketing, creativity, sustainability, and water conservation. The activities impacted approximately 90 people and aimed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset, strengthen the local economy, and encourage community leadership. The report highlights the importance of university extension as a tool for social transformation and as a means of connecting universities and communities.
