This research analyzes Military Chaplaincy as an integrative health strategy within the Military Police of Amazonas (PMAM), aiming to mitigate the mental health crisis and suicide rates in the corporation. The general objective of this study is to verify how Military Chaplaincy can assist in the prevention, identification, recovery, and treatment of emotional and spiritual crises among military police officers in Amazonas. The methodology used was a bibliographic and documentary study, of a qualitative and exploratory nature. Data collection was based on the analysis of sources, including scientific articles, theses, and normative documents, addressing thematic analysis across different regional aspects (AM, PR, DF, MG, SP). The results indicate that chaplaincy, by offering "emotional first aid" and confidentiality, facilitates religious coping and cognitive restructuring in the face of the psychosocial toxicity of police activity. It was verified that the institutionalization of spiritual assistance is indispensable for the prevention of illness and the maintenance of the troop's operational capacity.
