This paper analyzes the strategic necessity of creating a specialized institutional library within the Military Police of Amazonas (PMAM) as a central tool for knowledge management. The objective is to investigate how this infrastructure can mitigate the dispersion of intellectual capital and strengthen the corporation's doctrinal autonomy. Methodologically, the research assumes a qualitative and applied character, based on a bibliographic survey conducted via Google Scholar and documentary analysis of recent scientific productions (2025-2026). The results reveal that, although PMAM produces cutting-edge science in areas such as intelligence, operational technologies, and military law, the lack of a memory center fragments institutional knowledge and hinders continuous training. It is concluded that the implementation of a specialized library is a strategic imperative for safeguarding intellectual heritage and providing pedagogical support for military training, specifically for initial and advanced military police training courses. The space functions as an innovation hub that validates the hypothesis of strengthening operational efficiency through the systematization of knowledge, transforming tacit knowledge into a command tool and a means of historical preservation.
