This research aims to provide a situational analysis of the police career, portraying the experience of women facing their double burden: reconciling motherhood with a military police career. Institutions still face the challenge of adapting physical and cultural structures to accommodate police officers who decide to become mothers. This topic is justified in order to understand if the state is guaranteeing these women the right to exercise their profession without relinquishing the right to full motherhood. In this sense, it will demonstrate the challenges faced by these professionals, such as harassment, symbolic violence, and the absence of more protective and effe0ctive legislation regarding women's conditions.Through the analysis of the current scenario, it seeks to find concrete alternatives to improve the working conditions of female military professionals and mothers.
