Abstract

This paper aims to study criminal associations and international drug trafficking, that is, the attempt to analyze how these organizations are formed, with the main focus on drug trafficking and the concomitant occurrence of various other crimes. Because, today, the international drug trade is present all over the world and generates several social and moral problems in several countries, with Latin America as the biggest drug production in the world. Finally, we sought to analyze how the fight against these associations is done. It is worth mentioning that the study uses the inductive method associated with bibliographic research, observing the classes provided in the Law Course of the Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe University (UNIARP) and rules of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT).
