This article analyzes the impact of tactical motorcycle patrols in combating crime in Manaus/AM, focusing on the performance of the 3rd Motorcycle Company of the 2nd BPCHOQUE/ROCAM and the insertion of women in this specialized context. The object of research centers on the evolution of the female presence in the face of the paradigms of a historically masculinized institution and the operational effectiveness of the motorized modality in overcoming urban mobility barriers. The general objective is to identify the structural, cultural, and ergonomic challenges that permeate the real work of female police officers. Methodologically, the study is basic, qualitative, and exploratory, based on bibliographic and documentary research with content analysis of official reports and academic productions. The results indicate that, although tactical motorcycle patrols significantly expand police response capacity in hard-to-reach areas and reduce robbery rates, female integration faces obstacles such as a lack of adequate infrastructure, equipment without ergonomic adaptation, and the persistence of a culture of exaltation of virility. It is concluded that strengthening public security in Amazonas requires investments in institutional equity, logistical modernization, and continuous training that values the tactical diversity of the personnel.
