Introduction: Repetitive Strain Injuries and Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (RSI/WRMD) constitute a significant occupational hazard, with a high burden of morbidity and socioeconomic impact. Objective: To analyze the clinical-epidemiological aspects of RSI/WRMD in the Northeast region of Brazil between 2010 and 2024. Methodology: Observational, retrospective, cross-sectional, and ecological epidemiological study with a quantitative approach, based on secondary data from SINAN/DATASUS. Notifications were analyzed by region, state, sex, age group, repetitive movements, symptoms, associated risk factors, and ICD-10 codes. Results: The Northeast region accounted for 25.5% of national notifications, predominantly in Bahia (46.0%), female sex (52.0%), age group 40-59 years (51.7%), repetitive movements (85.6%), pain as the most frequent symptom (90.4%), stressful environment as the main psychosocial factor (51.1%), and codes M50-M54 and M70-M79 as predominant diagnoses. Conclusion: The findings reinforce the occupational nature of the condition in the region, marked by biomechanical overload and precarious working conditions. Challenges persist in the completeness of notifications, demanding integrated actions of surveillance, prevention, and training to reduce the burden of RSI/WRMD.
