The post-pandemic educational landscape required an urgent reconfiguration of school management and communication tools. This paper presents the technical and pedagogical development of "EducaTrack," a multiplatform digital tool designed for monitoring the development of students in Lower Elementary Education (Early Years). Grounded in active methodologies and the necessity for data transparency, the project aims to replace physical student planners with an integrated formative assessment system. The methodology employs agile software engineering (Scrum) and modern web technologies (React/Node.js). The discussion addresses implementation challenges, with an emphasis on compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the digital inclusion of families.
