Abstract

Health and quality of life are a priority in people's lives and more and more people are seeking to develop activities aimed at the well-being of the mind and body, seeking to go through the different stages of life in a healthy way, in this sense physical exercises They are a strong ally for maintaining psychological and physical health, and are also beneficial for preventing chronic diseases and supporting healthy aging. Gyms have received a lot of demand, from people of different ages looking for physical exercises to face the aging process with greater vitality. Therefore, the main focus of this study is to understand the importance of the Physical Education teacher in the academy.
