Black women in Brazil face deep inequalities due to racism and sexism, which impact their education, health, and development. Neuropsychopedagogy, combined with anti-racist public policies, is crucial for promoting equity and inclusion, combating learning barriers and the effects of racism on cognitive and emotional development. Historical exclusion and lack of representation exacerbate educational and social disadvantages. Laws such as No. 10.639/2003 and affirmative policies are milestones for valuing Afro-Brazilian culture and ensuring academic access and success. Racism generates toxic stress, affecting mental health and learning. To reverse this situation, integrated actions are proposed: training teachers in anti-racist and neuropsychopedagogical teaching practices, specialized psychoeducational support in schools, and encouraging black female leadership in various areas. These measures aim to strengthen identity, promote well-being, and build a more just and inclusive society.
