Abstract

This article discusses the contributions and opportunities arising from the application of quantum‑neural artificial intelligence in school management, exploring innovative alternatives that articulate principles of quantum computing and neural networks to enhance pedagogical and administrative processes in educational institutions. From an interdisciplinary approach and contemporary theoretical foundations, it proposes models oriented toward strategic decision‑making, resource optimization, and personalized monitoring of students’ and schools’ educational trajectories. It examines how quantum‑neural AI can increase effectiveness, predictive capacity, and innovation in school administration, fostering dynamic, responsive, evidence‑based learning environments. Drawing on a literature review, case studies, and critical reflection, the text presents theoretical frameworks and potential applications, discussing benefits, technical limitations, and ethical implications related to the use of sensitive data and algorithmic transparency. By articulating technology, management, and Education, the article aims to contribute to the scientific field and support institutional transformation practices committed to quality, equity, and responsible innovation.
