This study investigated in depth and systematically the positive impact of psychological support on the quality of life and performance of military police officers. It highlighted the relevance of psychological interventions as an essential tool in mitigating stress and promoting the mental health of these professionals who face high-pressure and high-risk situations daily. The results revealed that psychological support not only significantly reduces anxiety and stress levels among police officers but also triggers tangible improvements in their operational performance. This occurs by strengthening their coping and resilience skills, enabling them to deal more effectively with the complex challenges of the profession. Beyond individual benefits, psychological support proved crucial in promoting healthier and more productive interpersonal relationships within police teams. By facilitating more effective communication and greater cooperation among colleagues, psychological support contributes to building a more solid and cohesive organizational culture. In summary, this study reinforces the strategic importance of psychological support as a fundamental pillar for the continuous improvement of the quality of life, professional performance, and interpersonal relationships of military police officers. These interventions not only directly benefit individuals, but also strengthen the operational efficiency and capacity of public safety institutions to effectively serve and protect the community.
