The study addressed the use of technologies and the transformations of pedagogical practice, highlighting the difficulties faced by teachers in integrating new technologies into the school curriculum. It sought to answer how teachers could reinvent teaching through technological integration, overcoming challenges that hinder its implementation. The general objective was to analyze the difficulties and possibilities of using digital technologies as instruments of innovation and mediation in teaching practice. The methodology was based on bibliographical research supported by authors who discuss the relationship between education and technology. The development analyzed the impacts of digital culture on teacher training and performance, emphasizing the need for continuous professional development focused on pedagogical use of technologies. The final considerations indicated that technological integration depends on pedagogical intentionality, teacher training, and institutional commitment to innovation. It was concluded that teachers can reinvent teaching by using technologies ethically, critically, and creatively, promoting more meaningful learning aligned with contemporary demands.
