Contemporary education has been undergoing transformations that require a review of pedagogical and inclusive practices, especially in public spaces such as the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE). Given the diversity present in these environments, it becomes essential to seek strategies that address the individual and collective needs of employees. In this context, an inclusive and playful-pedagogical approach emerges as a fundamental tool for training and professional development. In this sense, the continuing education of employees, especially through distance learning courses focused on inclusion, represents a significant advance in building a more accessible and humanized public service. This is achieved through the analysis of the impacts on the daily lives of people who completed the course "Serving People with Disabilities in Public Spaces," with a workload of 14 hours, offered by ESMAPE - the Judicial School of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco in 2024, and the analysis of the theoretical frameworks, which include a brief history of people with disabilities through bibliographic research. This article aims to present, in a concise manner, the results of the master's thesis entitled: EAD training at the court of justice of Pernambuco: contributions to the inclusion of people with disabilities in public spaces.
