HOW INTERNATIONAL LABOR LAW IMPACTS THE SPECIFIC LEGISLATION OF COUNTRIES

Abstract

International Labor Law is an area of ​​law that deals with labor relations and workers' rights in an international context. It addresses issues such as minimum labor standards, trade union rights, occupational health and safety, child labor, employment discrimination, among other topics related to work globally. In this sense, the objective of this paper is to analyze how international labor law impacts specific legislation in countries, that is, to evaluate its importance as it contributes to a better relationship between States, their individuals and other external bodies, providing legal security and human rights guarantees to those involved. The methodology used was through a bibliographical review carried out taking into account the theoretical framework covered and selected according to discussions about the context, searching for various materials that refer to the subject. In summary, international labor law plays an important role in the formation and development of national labor legislation, directly influencing the standards, principles and practices adopted by countries in relation to workers' rights.
