Neck pain is a musculoskeletal condition characterized by pain and limited movement in the cervical region, potentially negatively impacting quality of life and the performance of daily activities. The objective of this study is to evaluate the outcome of a patient diagnosed with direct cervicobrachial radiculoneuropathy who underwent an integrative physical therapy protocol. This case study was conducted at the Physiotherapy Teaching and Research Clinic of Iguaçu University (UNIG), involving a 48-year-old female patient. The evaluation includes a detailed history, physical examination, inspection and palpation, vital signs, and specific tests. Physiotherapy treatment consists of infrared application, the Jones technique, cervical pump, cervical stretching, therapeutic extension, myofascial release, and home care. After 10 sessions, the authors observed reduction in cervical spine pain, decreased muscle tension, improved range of motion and posture, and improvement in functional activities. It is concluded that combined physical therapy interventions yield positive results in the rehabilitation of cervical pain, promoting pain relief, functional improvement, and increased quality of life, highlighting the importance of individualized integrative protocols for patients with cervical musculoskeletal disorders.
