This article analyzes the Special Electoral Campaign Financing Fund (FEFC) as a mechanism for women’s inclusion in Brazilian politics. Through bibliographic and documentary analysis, it aims to assess whether the mandatory allocation of public resources to female candidacies has effectively promoted gender equality and strengthened democracy. The study discusses the constitutional principles of transparency, equality, and control of economic power, as well as the challenges and perspectives for improving FEFC as a tool of inclusion.
