In the contemporary educational context, we face significant challenges, with students often confronted by various barriers that affect their academic performance. In response to these demands, innovative strategies such as the integration of physical exercises in the literacy process emerge as crucial tools for providing personalized support, overcoming specific difficulties and promoting equal opportunities in the educational environment. In this research, we will explore the richness of this approach and focus our attention on the essential role of teachers in this process. We firmly believe that understanding pedagogical practices that demonstrate effectiveness in integrating physical exercise with literacy is critical to creating an inclusive and sustainable educational environment. The purpose of this article is to provide valuable insights for educators, school administrators, parents, and other stakeholders, contributing to an in-depth understanding of the practices of integrating physical exercise into literacy and highlighting the positive impact that teachers can have on each individual's educational trajectory. student. This research adopts a qualitative approach to deepen the understanding of the integration of physical exercises in literacy and the role of teachers in this context. The emphasis is on the quality of the information collected, allowing for an in-depth and nuanced analysis. Ultimately, this study reinforces the idea that inclusive education is built on a solid foundation of individualized understanding. By implementing strategies for integrating physical exercise into literacy in a sustainable way, teachers not only help students overcome immediate academic challenges, but also equip them for a future of continued learning and lasting success.
