This article analyzes the impacts of Law No. 10,305/2023 of the State of Pará, which establishes support measures for the children and dependents of women victims of femicide, in the light of gender and child protection public policies. Using a qualitative methodology and bibliographic research, it seeks to understand how state legislation contributes to the realization of the human rights of children and adolescents orphaned as a result of gender violence. The findings indicate that, despite legislative progress, there are persistent structural challenges in implementing social, psychological, and economic assistance policies aimed at this population. It is concluded that the effectiveness of the law depends on intersectoral coordination between the State and civil society, as well as on continuous monitoring and funding mechanisms.
