This article investigates the perceptions of rural producers in the city of Ministro Andreazza, located in the state of Rondônia, regarding herbivore rabies. A questionnaire with structured questions was administered to the participants. The evaluation criterion was rural producers who reside and have farms containing herbivores as livestock in the municipality, which allows for accurate data collection and comparisons in future research. A total of 90 rural producers completed the questionnaire. The results highlight the population's perception, knowledge, and actions and also provide support for the competent authority to act strategically in health education according to the needs of this region.
