Bladder rupture in cattle is a rare but serious clinical condition, often associated with dystocia and failures in obstetric management. This case report describes the clinical signs, therapeutic interventions, and outcomes of a bovine that presented intense abdominal effort during parturition, without adequate cervical dilation, resulting in bladder rupture and vaginal injury. Management included bladder lavage and repositioning, lesion suturing, and administration of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. The case analysis contributes to understandin predisposing factors and guiding veterinary clinical practices to prevent obstetric complications on farms.
