This opinion analyzes the phenomenon of moral harassment in labor relations from the perspective of CSJT Resolution No. 360/2023, which establishes the Policy for the Prevention and Combating of Violence, Harassment, and All Forms of Discrimination within the scope of the Labor Justice. The study highlights the importance of this norm as an instrument for realizing the constitutional principles of human dignity and the social value of labor. Based on bibliographic and normative analysis, it seeks to understand the role of the State and institutions in promoting ethical, healthy, and respectful workplaces, emphasizing the urgency of its effective implementation. It is concluded that the resolution represents a fundamental legal and ethical milestone in consolidating an institutional culture of empathy and social responsibility.
