Tooth loss still represents a significant challenge for public health, being directly associated with caries and periodontal disease, which remain the main causes of edentulism. In addition to biological factors, socioeconomic aspects have a great influence, as populations with less access to health services, lower education, and limited financial conditions show a higher prevalence of tooth loss. Edentulism compromises not only chewing function and speech but also has a strong impact on aesthetics and selfesteem, directly reflecting on the individual's quality of life. In this context, oral rehabilitation plays a fundamental role, as it allows for the restoration of essential functions, improves facial appearance, and contributes to the psychosocial well-being of the patient. The objective of this work was to report a clinical case study in which a female patient attended the Dentistry School Clinic of the FANORTE Higher Education Institution, complaining mainly of chewing discomfort and aesthetic dissatisfaction due to the presence of fractured teeth. After clinical and radiographic evaluation, multiple extractions were performed. Subsequently, two complete dentures were made, one upper and one lower, aimed at restoring chewing function, aesthetics, and quality of life to the patient. Based on clinical evolution and the obtained results, it was concluded that oral rehabilitation through complete dentures represented an effective solution for the presented case, providing the patient not only with the restoration of chewing function but also significant aesthetic improvement and increased self-esteem, highlighting the importance of accurate diagnosis, planning, and execution of dental treatment.
