This paper discusses the presence of digital technologies in schools, examining their contributions, limits and perspectives of pedagogical use. Based on a literature review, it investigates how technological resources can promote dynamic learning, expand student participation and support inclusive practices. It also addresses challenges such as unequal access, poor infrastructure and insufficient teacher training, as well as reflections on public policies and inclusion. It argues that the critical and planned use of technology strengthens the democratic role of schools and connects curricula to students’ daily lives, contributing to a fairer and more equitable education.
