This research investigated how the use of Artificial Intelligence impacted knowledge management processes in organizations, contributing to the promotion of innovation and institutional change. The overall objective was to analyze the effects of Artificial Intelligence on organizational knowledge management, with an emphasis on its contributions to innovation. This is an exclusively bibliographical, qualitative, and exploratory study, conducted through the selection and analysis of academic and scientific works available in reliable databases. During the study, the concepts of Artificial Intelligence and knowledge management were discussed, as well as the relationship between these elements in building more efficient, personalized, and innovative organizational environments. It was observed that AI favored the systematization of knowledge, the personalization of training processes, and the improvement of decision-making, although the effectiveness of these results is conditioned by the technological structure and institutional preparedness. The final considerations concluded that AI effectively contributed to knowledge management, positively addressing the proposed problem. The study also highlighted the importance of aligning people, technology, and strategies, as well as the need for further research to delve deeper into the practical impacts of AI in different organizational contexts.
