Human sporotrichosis is a mycosis caused by the fungus Sporothrix spp, with children being very affected since in this age group, soil manipulation and extensive contact with infected felines facilitate transmission. The objective of this integrative review is to identify the different forms of presentation of sporotrichosis in the pediatric population, its diagnostic management and treatment. A search for previous works was carried out on the SciELO, BVS, PubMed platforms and a total of 13 scientific articles were included after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. Through analysis of the studies, it was noticed that the lymphocutaneous and fixed cutaneous forms were the most prevalent in children, with reports of contact with felines and clinical cure obtained with itraconazole and potassium iodide in most cases. In conclusion, knowledge of the presentation of sporotrichosis in children is essential for early diagnosis and treatment, reducing possible complications.
