CRIAÇÃO DE BIBLIOTECA DIGITAL COMO MEIO DE UNIVERSALIZAÇÃO DA INFORMAÇÃO, NO ÂMBITO DO CORPO DE BOMBEIROS MILITAR DE PERNAMBUCO

Abstract

The creation of the Digital Library of the Military Fire Department of Pernambuco, aims at the production, cataloging and dissemination of knowledge related to military firefighter activities, as a way of providing reliable data for the network. It is a space dedicated to the promotion, dissemination and use of information, aiming to contribute to the insertion of the military in the universe of academic research. Thus, the referent qualitative and quantitative research based on one of the references of the technological world Rosetto (2008), as well as, proposes the implementation of a digital library, with the main objective of searching and cataloging materials relevant to the corporation, serving as a tool storage of content and dissemination of information, making knowledge public and democratic, as a larger universe of people will be able to access it, as it will provide the internal and external public with digital access to books, scientific works, manuals, legislation, periodicals, case studies, intervention projects and content for corporate courses.
