It begins with a historical and conceptual analysis of Artificial Intelligence, from Turing’s theoretical formulations to the consolidation of large language models such as GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini. The paper examines the use of these technologies in advocacy and legal production, highlighting both opportunities and risks, with special attention to ethical implications and the automation bias phenomenon. Finally, it reflects on the need for regulation and continuous education of legal professionals in light of the incorporation of these tools, which are already reshaping legal practice and the understanding of Law in the digital era.
