Abstract

Professional training is considered a strategic tool fundamental to organizational development, as it plays an essential role in establishing a cohesive and effective corporate culture. Investing in employee development is not merely optional but a structural necessity, as it enhances individual and collective performance while improving harmony, cooperation, and alignment with institutional values. This article is based on a qualitative bibliographic review through the analysis of articles, theses, monographs, and journals from databases such as Scielo, Google Scholar, and Capes Portal. The findings highlight the importance of professional training in building and consolidating an organizational culture that fosters knowledge management and strengthens institutional performance.
