This article examines the impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) on the Brazilian legal system, focusing on the ethical, legal, and constitutional implications of its application in the Judiciary and legal practice. Using a qualitative and exploratory methodology, the research covers the period from 2018 to 2025 and investigates the increasing use of technological tools in judicial and administrative processes, as well as the risks posed by the lack of specific regulation. The study concludes that although AI can enhance efficiency and procedural speed, its implementation in the legal field demands proper regulation, governance, and human oversight to ensure legality, ethics, and the protection of fundamental rights.
