Introduction: Endometriosis is a chronic condition characterized by the presence of endometrial cells outside the uterus, causing intense pain, dyspareunia, fatigue, gastrointestinal changes, and often infertility. These symptoms compromise the quality of life and can generate significant psychological impacts, such as anxiety, depression, and social isolation. In this context, nursing plays an essential role in the comprehensive care of patients, offering clinical, emotional, and educational support. Methodology: An integrative literature review was conducted, encompassing articles published between 2020 and 2025 in the LILACS, MEDLINE, and SCIELO databases. The descriptors “nursing care,” “endometriosis,” and “mental health” were used. Inclusion criteria considered complete articles in Portuguese, English, and Spanish that addressed nursing care for the mental health of women with endometriosis. Eight studies that met the defined criteria were selected. Results and discussion: The studies showed that nursing performs continuous screening for symptoms of anxiety and depression, promotes psychological support, provides guidance on self-care practices and pain management, encourages autonomy, and articulates multidisciplinary actions. The creation of support groups strengthens the resilience and social belonging of patients. Nursing care goes beyond clinical care, encompassing emotional, educational, and social dimensions, fundamental for coping with the disease. Integrated work with multiprofessional teams contributes to promoting the well-being and quality of life of women. Conclusion: Nursing plays a decisive role in mitigating the emotional impacts of endometriosis, offering humanized, comprehensive, and patient-centered care, strengthening the resilience, autonomy, and quality of life of affected women.
