Silver-Russell Syndrome (SRS) is a rare genetic condition characterized by intrauterine and postnatal growth restriction, body asymmetry, and craniofacial dysmorphisms, primarily resulting from epigenetic alterations on chromosomes 11p15.5 and 7. This study aimed to analyze, through a narrative review of the literature, the relevance of a multidisciplinary approach in the clinical management and monitoring of childhood growth in patients with SRS. The research was conducted in PubMed, SciELO, LILACS, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, covering publications between 2014 and 2025. The results showed that early diagnosis and individualized treatment, with emphasis on the use of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH), significantly contribute to improving height and body composition. However, effective management of the syndrome requires integrated action by endocrinologists, geneticists, nutritionists, physical therapists, and psychologists, aiming at the child's overall development and improving their quality of life. It is concluded that an interdisciplinary approach is essential for promoting healthy growth and the physical and psychosocial well-being of individuals with SRS.
