Abstract

This article presents an overview of the limited applicability of labor law standards to the diverse forms of work currently existing. Throughout the study, it is explained that such standards should not be restricted to the type of work based on an employment relationship. To this end, considerations are made highlighting the need to expand labor regulatory protection to all forms of work, based on Critical Labor Law Theory.
